We want to help everyone stay fit and healthy and have the confidence to defend themself or family if the need arises.  
 
On this page we describe a typical training session.

 Training Session
 
We train in specially equiped room that have padded foam mats laid on the floor and wall. This room is called the Dojo.
 
A session is for a duration of one and half hours and consists of:
 
  1. The Formal Bow
  2. Warm Up Exercises
  3. Breakfall Practice
  4. Self Defence Technique Practice
  5. Instruction on New Techniques
  6. Syllabus Training
  7. Weapons Training
  8. Sports Jujitsu Training
  9. Warm Down Exercises
  10. The Formal Bow to End
